Paragraph styles specific to spread?

Hi,

I'm laying out a brochure, and want the title paragraph styles to act differently depending on which side of a spread they are on. Specificly I have a paragraph rule which bleeds off the left side on the left page, but I need it to be shorter on the right hand page so it doesnt appear on the left page.

I'm working on a mac in CS5.5
