How to thread unthreaded text frames in the middle of a document?

I have a file that has two unthreaded text frames that I need to thread. I have tried the API/Auto Stitch plug in that is suppose to thread all unthreaded text frames it finds, with no success. The two text frames remain unthreaded. See picture. Any ideas. Using Windows Vista SP2, ID CS6.
