When launching Indesign CS6 it immediately goes to the "InDesign.exe has encountered a problem..." crash window. I never see the startup window. I am using windows XP and have tried trashing the preferences but it didn't help.
I am wondering if I should uninstall and then reinstall CS6 or just InDesign. I paid for the download version so I don't have disks, I assume I would just do uninstall through the control panel and then go to my account on Adobe and go through the who download process again.
Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.
