how do i change the registration to another person or office?

We are a consulting firm and at the end of our contract with the funder, we need to transfer the software registration to them. we bought adobe indesign cs6 and adobe acrobat x pro.

1. how do i transfer the license or product registration to them?
2. the products i bought were for a Mac platform, what if their system is windows, how do I transfer it?
