I can't believe that InDesign CC for Mac cannot generate ePub table of content! All chapter titles in the TOC are substituted with the same book title, adding digit in the end, like "Book Title", "Book Title-1", "Book Title-2", "Book Title-3", etc. so I cannot submit result to the iBook store...
Is there and workaround?
