InDesign CC not exporting form fields to pdf

So when exporting to PDF from InDesign CC all my form fields are gone when I open the form in Acrobat XI, when I have Acrobat try to recognize the forms it totally leaves out the checkboxes and skips some form fields!! This worked fine when I used InDesign C6 but now does not work in CC...HELP
