Arial Narrow Bold

Hi,

I've got Arial Narrow Bold installed on my system. It works in Word, but

does not appear in InDesign. Arial Regular, Bold, Italic, Bold Italic,

Narrow and Black all appear, but not Narrow Bold (nor Narrow Italic and

Narrow Bold Italic, for that matter).

I tried removing it from the system font folder and putting it in

InDesign's font folder, and still nothing.

Anyone have any suggestions?
