Add custom text at end of each line

Hi there,

I am trying to cut down some of the automated boring work in indesign such adding a custom text at the end of each line.

Exp:

Adding AED after all the price list in a table:

Cheese Burger......................... 34.00 AED

I want to add AED after all the prices in a very long list and I don't want to copy paste in each line.

Another related question how can I search (target) a digit (any digit) and add custom text after it?

Find (any digit) then add (a custom text or digit) after/before.
