Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use.

I'm going to raise this as a separate issue because I think that, ultimately, it is this error that is causing me so many problems in InDesign.

Scenario...

New Document > Drag a CC Library item into the document > Save the document and close InDesign > Open document, error appears...

"This document contains <number> links to sources that are missing.  You can find or relink the missing links using the Links panel."

When attempting to relink the missing links...

"Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use."

When deleting the link from the document and attempting to reinsert it from CC library...

"Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use."

This all becomes a major problem when we try to output the document to PDF, which is what our printer requests.  The link items are given a white background and they are of poor quality too.

Is this a known bug?  I see quite a few posts about this, dating back to 2012!, but no solutions to date.

Hope someone can help.  Thank you.
