I am seeing pixelated text when I switch to overprint preview mode.
I've tried everything I can think of taking advice from others with similar issues, and I have a feeling this has to do with display settings. I'm also pretty sure that it's happening due to an attempt to improve display performance on objects that aren't currently being edited ie. whenever I select in a text box and begin making changes, the type in THAT paragraph will clear-up, while the rest is pixelated.
Sometimes changing a setting will temporarily fix the problem, but then I move to another page in my document to find the text and vector items pixelated. My display settings are set to high quality display by default in preferences, but I've tried changing this and have checked various combinations of having it on in prefs, off at document level etc, but no change 'sticks'.
I have tried with and without object level display preference on, checked specific document to be sure this is enabled (or not) at document and object level, and this sometimes will render properly, sometimes not.
I have tried dumping preferences. I've tried different settings on Interface pref changing live screen drawing to different settings, Greek vectors on drag etc.
I never had this issue in CS6, but have been struggling to cope with this issue every day since my upgrade to CC. I have two 27inch iMacs with slightly different setups (one is early 2012 version) but both have the same issue.
my primary setup:
27-inch iMac (late 2013)
3.2 GHz Intel Core i5
32GB ram (1600 MHz DDR3)
NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M 1024MB
on El Capitan 10.11.4
