Hi All,
I have couple of users who access the files in Indesign CC 2015 directly from the file server (remote files). While working in the file adobe crashes randomly. There is no pattern which causes the indesign to crash.
First error that users encounter is below. I have checked the network connectivity and can confirm that there are no packet drops.
Event Log shows the below error log. Operating system is Windows 10.

I have tried to clear the preferences but that didnt work. Any help with the issue will be really appreciated.
