How to layout a document in InDesign to print graphics onto a transparent page?

Hi!

What I need help with is that basically I'm in the process of creating a portfolio of my first year uni work. That will be printed.  I want to include a number of pages that will be transparent. My idea being that I want the sketches of my ideas to appear on the transparent paper, to then have a normal page of the final design underneath.

How would I set this up? As would the sketches be placed on the right hand page, but then would I need to leave the following left hand page blank to keep the page numbers even? Basically does a transparent page take up one entire left and right side of paper and if so how would I need to lay this out in InDesign?

Thanks!
