Art Book to PDF

Hello folks,

I've recently created an 90 page Art book in InDesign (CS4 then CC), which I need to create PDF of. As it's an art book, it has many double page spreads, so I need to keep the same format and design when exporting to PDF.

I created the art book document as 'Facing pages'.

I've also attached a couple of screen grabs as to what happens when I try to create a PDF

Any help would be appreciated!
