I am on Window 7 Enterprise platform using the latest version of InDesign CC 2015.
I do not see the Export Print PDF Accessibility Options that are available in the Mac 2015.3 version of InDesign.
My guess is that this feature is either not yet a part of the Windows versions of InDesign or not available to those using Windows 7.
