Hello..
I'm sure that I'm simply just missing something here, but when I copy and paste text from Word, the footnote references are not being picked up in indesign. I am not wishing to feature the footnotes at the bottom of the page as the authors wish for this to be part of the index..
Any suggestions greatly welcomed..
