storing grep queries on server

Hi,

Is it possible to store the grep queries (in fact all the F&C) on a server so that they have to be stored just once and not on each PC? We have a CC subscription with 11 team members, so making sure everyone has the correct settings is becoming difficult. I tried a shortcut to the folder (only for the greps), but Indesign recreates a new folder called GREP.
