In the below image the Dark blue line is my Stroke around the Rectangle Frame. But the outer thin line is the actual size of the Frame. Why is the Stroke in the middle of a "border" construct, and how do I edit the size of this?
I actually like this functionality, but I don't know what it's called, how it got "turned on" or where to edit its properties.
