I need to design a 6 panel folding cd insert/liner notes using InDesign, but I have extremely limited experience using this program, and I have never done the liner notes before! I don't even know where to start, how to set up the document, etc. I have already designed the cover using Photoshop. If it helps, below is a link to the templates provided by the printer, but of course they don't offer one for InDesign. I'm screwed - please help!
