BUT if I roll-off too fast, the second group of animations still shows up and stays

Two groups of animations are triggered by a single button on roll over. On roll-off the animations are hidden. BUT if I roll-off too fast, the second group of animations still shows up and stays.

Any suggestions on how to overcome this problem without changing the design of my page or timing of animations?
