When I have to set up a form that has to hit off of a printer, I will scan in the old form to put in a bottom layer to use as a template. In the old InDesigns, I could highlight a line to set up the tabs for underlines, etc. and be able to see the template layer. Now when I do it, the light blue highlight covers up the template so that I can't see the template layer below it. I've combed through the preferences to figure out how to make the highlight transparent so I can see the bottom layer but can't find anything. Any takers?
