Exporting with marks on creates indesign error

When exporting a PDF with marks on we get a error. "An error exsists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly".

The joboption is based on the High Quality Print output setting.

With all marks turned off it outputs correctly, but we are not getting the bleeds that we need. I think it has to do with a effect on the page, drop shadowed text.
