I created and saved a new TOC style, tested it in its own document to make sure it looked right, added that doc to my Book file, saved everything, and went to export my ebook. In the "TOC Styles" dropdown menu, the only two TOC styles avaiable are "Default" and "No Style," and my saved style does not show up. Any idea why?
Other info:
- I'm running a trial version of Adobe InDesign CS6
- I'm on a PC
- I haven't yet tried resetting my preferences, but want to avoid that if at all possible
