InDesign CS6 button rollover's not working

Hi all,

I'm creating a navigation menu in inDesign for a presentation - something I have done many times in InDesign CS5. However I am now on CS6 and my exported interactive PDF does not seem to be handling my button rollover states properly.

I have set my rollover states to change the transparency of an object from 0% to 50% and when I export, this function works for about a second, then goes back to the original 0% transparency. As a result, all of my buttons look like they flash on the page for a second.

Any ideas?
