Hi,
Whenever I launch InDesign CS4, Windows switches my desktop aero theme off.
This is something fairly new. I never used to have problems running CS4
in Windows 7 64-bit.
Even now, if I run the Display Troubleshooter, it fixes the problem, and
reports that "Desktop windows manager is disabled." When the
troubleshooter turns that back on, everything is fine, Aero returns, and
CS4 is up and running as it should be.
Does anybody know why InDesign CS4 might be shutting of the "Desktop
Windows manager", and what I can do to prevent this?
I've got several CS5 components installed, as well as InDesign CS6
installed right now. So to reinstall CS4 would mean uninstalling a whole
bunch of apps first, and hence is something I would prefer to avoid.
Thanks for any help,
Ariel
