Grep command to 'select this word and change the style of all text after it'

Hi

Is there a grep command to do the following

Word more text

I want grep to search for 'word' and apply a character style to all text until the end of the paragraph without affecting the style of word

Can't find a list of grep commands to pick bits from and not even sure it's possible
