I have just piurchased ID-CS6. My purpose in upgrading is thatI'm an illustrator / author of children's books and am dying to learn how to create fixed layout epubs for both apple & Kindle of my out of print books. Can you tell me where the best place is for learning how to do this? Many thanks in advance!
