I think there is a glitch in my cloud software with InDesign CS6 as I discussed my issue with a professional prepress print person who had never heard of this dilemma. Here's what happens:
I open a document after working on it previously and find crop marks have been placed on it. I have no idea how this happens as the crop marks are for a very different layout such as business cards - and my layout is a simple 8.5 x 11 format. At the moment, my only solution is to select all, then cut and paste into a new document - wasting valuable time.
Frustrating... to say the least!
