Print Booklet with CS5 not working right

I send a 12-page newsletter by email to a printer each month (Macintosh User Group newsletter). In previous versions of Print Booklet, I was able to set it up with a PPD and it was great. The pages were perfectly laid out in the correct order to be printed on 11x17 paper, then collated and stapled.

This is my first newsletter using InDesign CS5. I just spent half a day trying and get the pages saved as Print-quality spreads in the correct order. I found by searching forums that apparently, Snow Leopard does not have the PDF printer anymore. My two printers do not have the ability to print to tabloid pages, so I can't set up the Preset with those and there are no other PPDs I can choose from.

I was able to use PostScript as the Printer with Device Independent for the PPD. The Preview in Print Booklet looks as if it will end up correct, but when I go ahead and click Print--my PS file comes out with only half the pages as PDF (after opening in Acrobat). There should be 6 pages that are 2-up with the last page first, etc. This is the preview I get, but when Acrobat gets done with it, I have 6 pages of my original 12-page newsletter. The pages I am getting are 12, 2, 10, 4, 8 and 6. Those are all pages that should be on the same side of a 2-up 11x17 page. Why am I not getting all the pages? The only thing I can think of is that I can't set up a tabloid sized PPD like I used to have in InDesign CS4.
