How I could convert Page maker files

Hi, my hole tesis was made in Page Maker 6 and I need to convert it to In Design CS6, but when I try to open it I could read the message that I miss some plug ins.

Neither I couldn't use the images too, is there is a way to convert this files into recent versions?? Do yo know if there is a company who make this work.
