Hyperlinks greyed out in panel

Hi everyone,

I noticed that there are qutie a few greyed out hyperlinks in my hyperlinks panel. If I click on one of them and then click the "go to source of selected hyperlink" arrow, it doesn't go anywhere.

If these hyperlinks were from some deleted text in my document then why are they still in the hyperlinks panel.

Hope someone can shed some light on this.
