I'm working on an annual report with a huge list of grant recipients. For each recipient, we must include:
Recipient name
Hospital affiliation
City, State
Project title
Donor name
I have about 25 pages of these in a Word document, and I'd really love to NOT have to hand-format each one. Is there any way to apply styles upon import so that things are formatted as they come in? For example, recipient name would be bold, project title would be italic, etc. These are not broken up into sections or anything like that, unfortunately. All help gratefully appreciated!
