I just installed Adobe CS6 Design on four PC's, all of which are Win7 64-bit, updated with MS updates. Adobe CS6 is also updated. CS5 was previously installed on the four PC's.
On one of the PC's (which I'm focusing on), I un-installed the upgrade, ran the cleaner. and reinstalled CS6, I'm still having the issue.
When InDesign is open and a file is double-clicked on (thru Bridge or Explorer), InDesign does not crash.
Perhaps some noteworthy points:
- Changing the default printer doesn't make a difference.
- Opening Photoshop or Illustrator files doesn't crash those programs.
- We use Sophos AV, which is centrally managed, so I wasn't able to uninstall it.
- PC's are desktop, so there always connected to the network.
Any other thoughts for troubleshooting?
Thank you.
