Spot to CMYK and PDF setup

I use Indesign CS6 on Mac. My document has been set up in Pantone colours which I want to change to CMYK for printing. When I go to Ink manager and set up 'Use standard Lab values for Spots' will that automatically change all spot colours to CMYK?

The 'All Spots to Process' box is greyed out. Is that OK?

This is how the swatch palette looks. The Pantone colours are shown as LAB colours I think? Are the icons next to the Pantone correct to print CMYK?

Then when I go to export to PDF and select 'High Quality Print' should I also select PDF/X-4:2010?

Will that setting automatically convert spot colurs to CMYK even if they are not converted within InDesign?

Thanks!
