Hi everyone,
I'm wondering why InDesign doesn't preserve the original size of the photos I place into the file. As such, when the .indd is exported the file size is much smaller than my original photos, and I have a feeling this is compromising on the quality of the final .pdf file that I export.
I'm working with a friend through Dropbox, and it appears that when I save my version into the folder the original quality of the photos is lost. Thus, when he places his photos and exports the .pdf, the photos he placed look fine but the photos from my original .indd file are horribly pixelated. Is there any way I can ensure that the original size of the photos is preserved? That will really help. Thanks!
