InDesign CS6 Crashes shortly after opening a file

Hi there,

I've searched the web for an answer to this but have had no luck. I recently opened a file that was working fine but suddenly would not open. I was opening the INDD file in CS5 and decided to try CS6 to see if it would work.

Here is my process.

1. I open the file
   
2. Approx 7 seconds after the file opens I get the message, "Adobe InDesign CS6 has stopped working"
   

I am certain that it is a image link issue or a font issue but it does not prompt to replace the font or find the images.

Any suggestions?
