We have been having problems with systems locking up when using indesign specifically as often as every 20 minutes. We have not been able to narrow it down, but we suspect it might be the network home path. I have been trying to set the scratch disk to a folder in the root, rather than the default which I assume is in the user's folder and thus a network location, but I can't find a location to change this all I found was the recovery location which I did redirect. How do I change this which after testing may be followed by how can I obtain logs to narrow down why it stops responding?
