Enlarging a photo - Indesign or Photoshop?

I have a high res photo that is 360 dpi, that currently is displaying in photoshop as 36 x 42 inches. But I want to blow it up and put it on a banner and have it be more like 6 x 5 feet.

I'm not sure what the best way is to go about enlarging it. My father gave me an action for photoshop, called "Make it Big", in which it enlarges your image 10% at a time. He said that this is the way to not lose image quality when enlarging it. But this takes FOREVER and I'd LOVE to be able to just drop the image into Indesign, resize using the Free Transform tool, and have it be done with. Can I do this without the image printing fuzzy or pixelated?

Any ideas?
